Qiao Ling arranged for the collection of our clothes from the self-serve dryer as we joined a tour group and can't wait for the dryer to be done (about 1 hr 40 mins) during the operating hours of 8:30am to 10pm.

The hotel is very nice and clean with a great ambience. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection of western and Chinese style foods. The location is great with several local restaurants and sightseeing nearby.

Breakfast wasn’t very good for western guests. Ok for 1 day but 3 days in and it’s not great. Yoghurts and a few Danish pastries was it. There is a substantial Chinese option but not really like what non locals would eat. The reception staff didn’t speak English which was very tricky. If you’re in the hospitality business and aiming to get Westerners into your hotel, I would makethis a requirement.

Great price and great location to see all the local tourist attractions. The rooms were nice and clean. The dinner menu was very good and suitable for western guests as it has dishes similar to what you would expect.

Some staff need to improve their English

Very modern design. Easy walk to Bell and Drum tower. Approx. 15 walk to nearest Subway station, but recommend to take Taxi as they are very cheap. Hotel organized tour to the Terracotta museum. Rooms are large and breakfast was good. Afternoon had free tee service with some snacks.

Not much, maybe just the low vegetarian options and the bathroom is not isolated with a door but toilet and shower are in two cabins with glassed door, so not much privacy

Great location and facility. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good lightning. Best hotel we stayed in China. Staff was friendly and made the effort to try to communicate in English. There is an included very rich breakfast but with almost no vegetarian options, an afternoon tea and a self-service laundry, and a gym.

Wifi was a bit slow

- Good location, close to metro and there are many shops and restaurants around - Air conditioner works fine - that is very important considering high summer temperatures - A lot of bottled water in your room and at the floor lobby - Funny robot that delivers room service orders (talks to you while traveling in elevators)

Everything was great!

Very clean. The window on the room could be opened for fresh air The staff was very kind. They send some forgotten belongings from me to another hotel after I contacted them. Good breakfast! A lot of free bottles water Free laundry facilities In direct neighbourhood of shops

Despite rooms were non smoking but you can smell cigarettes everywhere in the hallways and even in rooms despite the booking was stated as non smoking.

Breakfast was nice, and staffs are polite. Location was super central for foods and shops just within 100m radius. Walking distance to the Muslim quarter, too. Very convenient to walk down for foods. Most restaurants or shops open until 10 pm to 5 am

A mistaken post delivery at about 11:30 pm - delivered by a robot - was really annoying, but unforgettable;-)

Very nice staff, warm and courteous, especially those in the dining room. The room is spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is scrumptious and has a variety of choices, especially in Chinese food, but less in Western food. The location is unbeatable for a sightseeing in Xi'an; it's practially located in the center of the old town. We had a very relaxed 4-day-stay!

Nothing but sometimes it is difficult to communicate with the staff even though they make an effort to speak English.

This is my second time in this hotel and it always lives up to my expectations. The location couldn’t be better, it is also very clean and the restaurant has a good range of food.

The reception area was tucked away from the entrance area. Prefer a brighter lighting in and around the common area.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city walls and Muslim quarter. The hotel was very clean, good rooms with a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and there’s even afternoon tea in the afternoon which was great to come back to when you need a rest in the middle of the day. There’s also fridges with water where you can help your self which is a great touch. Would highly recommended!!!

The hot milk dispenser at breakfast sometimes dispensed milk in weird directions, creating a mess. I suspect dried milk protein from the hot milk slightly clogged the dispenser, causing this problem. Additionally, glass cups should not have been placed next to the hot milk. The milk was so hot that the glass cup cracked; perhaps porcelain cups should have been provided. It’s inconvenient to have partition steps between the elevator corridor and the dining hall entrance. Maybe there were architectural design issues for having those steps, but they are hazardous enough that they have a warning to watch/mind the steps. The elevator entrance should use arrows rather than a top light bar and bottom light bar to indicate if the approaching elevator will be going up or down. Quite a few guests got confused and entered an elevator that went the opposite direction of their destination. It would have been nice if foreign shows or movies were shown on television. Finally, there occasionally seemed to be issues with the light buttons in the room. Occasionally turning off a reading light or bathroom light mysteriously switches all the lights and even the television off.

Room was large, comfortable, and cozy. Cleaning staff was very pleasant and always says Good Morning. The breakfast dining staff (which included a person named Mei-li) were extremely friendly: they helped find us seats in the dining hall and helped my mom, who has mobility issues, to navigate the steps between the elevator corridor and the dining hall entrance. The watermelon, cantaloupe, and chocolate cake at breakfast tasted excellent. Hotel location with respect to the Xi’an Drum and Bell Towers and the Muslim Quarter is good.
