Very comfortable, family oriented hotel. Staff were really nice and made us feel like we were at home and being pampered and not at a hotel. Games room for kids and really nice and fresh breakfast options.

The location is very good, about 3 minutes walking from Interlaken West train station. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Clean, quiet, comfortable and the breakfast was good! The guy who served coffee/tea for breakfast was so attentive and created home-like atmosphere. I also appreciated that I could make tea/coffee downstairs whenever I wanted (at night) and could use microwave or ice.

Too expensive for what's offered.

The location is fairly central and the room was clean, though quiet small. The washroom too is quiet tiny. It's alright if you're going to be out all day and just need to crash the night and enjoy a basic breakfast before you head out. For which, it felt quiet costly. Maybe if we booked a month in advance or earlier, the price would have been lower and more justified.

They have a very unique room key system, you can operate by yourself, pls keep it. Everyone in this hotel were very friendly like family, they like to chat with you to share any information about the tourism. This Hotel also provide some kitchen equipment, that you can bring something back to hotel and have food in that comfort space.

t is a charming, homely hotel which is perfect for families to unwind after a day exploring the beautiful Swiss outdoors. It is conveniently located a short walk away from the Interlaken West train station, which provides excellent connectivity to various tourist spots across Switzerland. The interiors are rustic and charming and the rooms comfortable. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, helpful and ensure that their guests from across the world feel comfortable and at home. There are common facilities like a lounge and laundry room which can be used by guests staying for longer periods. We opted for the breakfast package, which was sufficient to fuel us for the mornings. There were also facilities for all-day tea/coffee and a fridge for storing drinks/food. There is a functioning lift for accessing upper floors; useful if you have luggage.

Hotel Rossli in Interlaken, Switzerland, provided my family of three with a fantastic stay in April 2024. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and Jean Louis was particularly delightful to chat with. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel's central location made exploring the town easy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Hotel Rossli to anyone visiting Interlaken.

Located very close to Interlaken west station. Compact and clean rooms and fantastic energy from the owners. Jean was the best ! The views of the mountains from our room was absolutely magical. Hotel provided breakfast and they also have a small kitchen, fridge and dinner area which was extremely helpful.

We were on the final floor which required some stairs after the elevator and the room/bathroom was small but you have to expect these things.

Jean Pierre and all his staff from front desk, break servers and housekeeping were exceptional. Breakfast each morning with any Coffey type served at table side. Jean Pierre would greet you at breakfast and after making sure everything went well. The front desk crew would help us with day tripping tips and bus, train routes. Location just off the main center square but still 3 min walk to fine restaurants and co op store. Our stay with them will be a lasting memory and will hope to return someday. The hotel lacks warmth. The property is fairly expensive but I felt it was understaffed and smells of greed. They don’t offer water in the rooms - they sell it for 3 CHF, which is also ok. In the bathroom they have a notice, if you flood the room Inadvertently you will be fined 300 CHF!! Now putting such notice for global travellers who contribute so much to the economy is wrong. There is a better way to say that. Breakfast service is awful. I arrived at 9 am. The eggs, crossiant ran out. I didn't ask because they could see it. It is a family owned hotel that refuses to mordernise and to top it all they don’t accept Amex. Know why because the service charge is higher. Miserly attitude.
