I live in America but my girlfriend lives in Fortaleza and when I was checking in she was at the hotel with me and they ended up making me pay another $40 because she was going up to the room with me. She wasn't staying the night with me Just coming up to drop off my bags before we went out. I thought that was kind of ridiculous but other than that I really loved the hotel and the staff was very nice and the views were amazing in the room was really nice as well. Cleaning staff was very polite and Friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would stay there again.

I really liked my room and the view that I had. It was a view of the beach and the ocean. The room was very nice and comfortable and I love hanging out on the balcony every morning.

It would have been nice if you had staff that could speak a little more English 😊 but my girlfriend spoke português so it was okey.

The valet parking is a very negative point. I had a rental that was potentially endamaged by the staff who parks the car in the garage.

The localisation is really great, the breakfast really good. Appartements are clean and the view on the sundet side is stunning.

Old style furniture and building decoration begging for update, noisy street and even though I was on the 16th floor the scent of street food, fried fish could be smell but as long as you keep the window closed no loud noise or smell in the room

The room is pretty old and should probably be renewed. The rooms were clean though. The fish market is very close, so there was a strong smell on the balcony.

This is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment building where some of the owners rent their places. When I did the reservation, I called the “hotel” to ask for 3 rooms near each other because we were a family and one of the room was for 2 minors and also I paid extra for all the rooms with ocean view. When we got there, we got 3 rooms in different floors, just one had ocean view and the worse one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working. We tried another 2 rooms and all without air conditioner. Fortaleza is very hot, around 40 degrees F and without air it is impossible to sleep. The first night we had to stay at the balcony to deal with the heat.

I was concerned to use my credit card there. I could not charge food at the pool to my room. I had to pay cash or credit card, the restaurant said that the restaurant was not part of the hotel so that was a concern to me. 1 o’clock in the morning they called me for order that I had placed which was a mistake done by the hotel employees. that was very concerning to me.

The clean of the room. Only one day they clean my room and that is because I ask. No towels. I had to go to front desk. To ask.

Very unhappy. I had to ask to clean my room after 2 days. The phone in the room not working. To talk to front desk. The only good think it was the view. That’s it. I won’t go back.
