Would have been nice if we'd been allowed to check in earlier as our flight arrived a couple of hours before allowed check-in, early check request was denied. Shower wet room idea takes done getting used to Need either a plug in the kitchen sink or a washing up bowl.

Bit noisy (street, tram and neighbours), so bring earplugs! The bed was a bit too soft for me.

Good location, not far from two metro lines and a short walk to the center and most sights. Nicely decorated and fully equipped flat (incl. coffee, tea...). Clean and comfortable. Easy check in procedure with a key box.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a rather worn apartment block with a creaky antique lift. But don't be fooled, the flat is clean, modern and very well-equipped for a Sofia stay.  Lots of Inventive and inspired touches, we especially liked the array of lamps and lighting. Great location, within easy walking distance of bus and train stations and central Sofia

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, central and the communication with the host was very smooth without any problems. She even let us in earlier than usual! Location is 10 minutes walking distance to the main street, there is also the tram and the metro right down the street if you don't want to walk. Definitely recommend.

This place is exactly as it says in the description. It's funky: with lots of pleasing design touches like exposed brickwork, ambient lighting and quirky art. It's fresh: everything is spotlessly clean. And the location is just about perfect: ten minutes walking south to many of the main sights, bars, restaurants and shops and ten minutes north to the main bus and rail stations if you're moving on...it's pretty handy for the airport metro as well. Sofia is a cool city just waking up to its tourist potential and you won't find a better place to stay than this. Ten out of ten.

The elevator was scary.

Very friendly host, they let us check in early in the morning. All facilities worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable.

The building appears very run down from outside: the elevator looks like being taken from horror movies: it stinks remarkably when raining (pit seems like never being cleaned), and numbers are non-readable. Still no heavy curtains (we like sleeping in the darkness) and shower tent.

We liked the central position, at walking distance from city centre and to the transits. We liked that the flat was really totally furnished, with Brita water fountain, sugar, soap, coffee and coffee machine, Netflix and an umbrella, vital equipment during our stay

Perfectly situated within walking distance of all the major sites. Beautiful, spacious apartment which was well equipped with cooking basics and shampoo, shower gel, etc. Super easy check in instructions and good communication with hosts. Apartment is really spacious, clean and bright with everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. Lots of shops and good restaurants nearby.

The bathroom is cold because there is no heater. Nearby restaurants offer take-out and the apartment does not have a microwave to heat it up. if you are disabled like me, taking a shower can be a problem because the floor is slippery and there is nothing to hold on to.

Very comfortable apartment in which it is nice to relax. Comfortable bed. Fast 5G wifi.

the hosts amazing communication and very responsive. the apartment had everything that’s needed very cosy. we arrived and found a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates and that was a very beautiful thought as we were celebrating our anniversary. the location it’s good 👍 everything was perfect for a comfortable stay.

The lift in the building is old.

The apartment is spacious and nice decorated, all the facilities were with big attention and nothing is missing for a comfortable stay. The location is great and near of all interesting sites of Sofia. AC & wifi working well. Also expresso coffee machine is appreciated (include coffe).

Open shower in the bathroom can be either quite handy or inconvenient. The living room with the couch cannot be completely darkened (no curtains on the top windows).

The location is awesome. The owners are super nice. The apartment is cute and had basically everything we could have hoped for, every tiny detail was considered. After long days of walking in Sofia we were even able to enjoy free Netflix. :) Would recommend.

Absolute gem of a place, we booked last minute and we were so lucky to have found it. The apartment is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There's a washing machine, fast wi-fi and a lift in the building, the entrance to the building is clean and secure. There are tons of cafes and supermarkets around as well as a big fruit and veg market at a two minute walk distance. All kind of transport is also at the doorstep - metro, bus, tram, etc which made a big difference for us during our very busy few days in Sofia. Would love to book again when we're next in Sofia.
