Very nice and cosy hotel. The restaurant was great, the saloon was very relaxed and the rooms were perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the garden was great, next to thé river with a beautiful garden. It was a pitty that i was only there for 1 night and needed to leave early.

United KingdomThere was nothing to 'dislike'. I guess some USB charging points in the bedroom... Oh, my mobile reception inside the building was really bad, but I hardly see that being any fault of the hotel, more like local geography. But there is hotel wi-fi, which worked well.
What a lovely location! The whole place is nestled into its own little side the hill. The facilities, rooms are modern, clean and all put together with some taste. I speak no French (and definitely not Flemish!) But it made no difference, all the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Restaurant food was also very good.

United KingdomWe stayed one night at La Passerelle ('The Footbridge'), Chene-a-Han, near Grandhan, en route further south, but now intend to return to it as a destination in its own right. The hotel is fine, good without being magnificent, but the setting - by a bend in the river Ourthe - the staff and the food make it special. The original footbridge is long gone and is now a road bridge, meaning the hotel can be approached from either the east or the west, irrespective of what maps or satnavs might tell you. Clearly, booking is essential for the restaurant, as people had driven from many miles away, including from the Netherlands, to dine here.

NetherlandsThe Booking.com page indicated that they were wheelchair accessible and that they had facilities for disabled guests. Only after I paid did I find out that this is not the case, also I was not able to book alternate accommodation on such short notice. My husband and I decided to go anyway as we had tickets for the F1. The facilities were difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. We ended up leaving a day early (we paid for 3days, stayed only for two days). The lady that was working when I handed in the room key was also very rude and very unhelpful. All in all not a good experience. I hope they will update their Booking.com page for future disabled guests.
