The main bed was extremely hard, and I wasn't able to get a good night sleep. Someone from an upper level was throwing food onto our balcony. Got hit by an apple.

Very clean, views were incredible, close to everything I needed, spacious. Lounge was comfortable. Everything needed was available. Easy to check in and out.

The garbage disposal stunk out our floor and room at times, the kettle had an inch of water in it on arrival and had some brown stuff inside. So we didn’t use. Someone was smoking on another balcony and it kept blowing in our room. When we did use the washing machine someone had closed it when wet so it was smelly and made our clothes a bit smelly so I had to wash twice. I made sure to leave open until it dried out. The couch was a little uncomfortable and smelly also. The walls were very marked as it looked like someone had tried to clean but looked horrible. The pictures when booking were of an end room with a full ocean view, so that’s what I thought we would get but we didn’t.

The location was great! Great views from room. Great that it had a kitchen with enough utensils and also great that it had a laundry and was supplied with laundry detergent, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Bed was comfortable and big, bathroom was nice and clean. The staff that contacted me when I booked, the after hours staff that let us in over the phone and the lady that checked us in the next day were very nice and helpful. The guy that checked us out however could’ve been a little more helpful and nice.

Very spacious, tidy and comfortable apartments. Furnished quite nicely, kind and super helpful staff, great view and amenities. I had a quiet and peaceful stay with family. We were all keen to always come back after each adventure exploring the outer and inner city of GC.

When I booked the apartment, it said one of the bedrooms had two single beds in it though it was a double bed, I said something to reception, and they said maybe it was missed in the booking. The other feedback is that you need to have available non breakable bowls, plates, cups for the kids, if I didn't know you had any I would have brought some from home, so it was very stressful hovering over the kids while they ate with China plates etc.

Unfortunately because when I'm on holidays I like to smoke on the balcony.. me or my visitors sometimes and I didn't know that it is a new rule in this building ... ... now it's prohibited on balconies too... so a very rude old man from the next apartment informed me with very badly way that is prohibited...so i wish to come back but I will not return again. Of course I respect the rules of any building and I didnt smoke at all while i stayed. But he was rude he yell at me like I was his kid and he was ironic while he was hunging his head looking towards to my private balcony... general he ruined my day. 🤷‍♀️

This is my best spot and I was regular customer when I visit Gold Coast.. the apartment with the 2 bedrooms and sea view is amazing brand new and huge... amazing decoration and view.

1. The keys were in a lock box that was inside the property - behind locked doors. We had to wait for someone to come and we "tailgated" them to get to the lock box. 2. The air conditioning was operating but appeared to be unresponsive the requests for a change in temperature. Faulty sensor? Staff on duty did not appear to have a remedy.

More dishwashing and laundry powder. One sachet isn’t enough. BBQ available on balcony BUT no gas bottle. There was a coffee machine so a couple of pods to get started and also type to buy would be good.

Received an email asking us to move our car because it was sticking out slightly from parking space. Cars were still able to pass easily so we felt this was unnecessary. Also, as a three bedroom apartment, owners may want to consider that guests may have larger cars like ours (7 seater) and a storage box is not really necessary unless someone is living in the apartment for a long period of time. Also, per email regarding checkout, we left keys in the managers mailbox as we checked out early. I still received a call to ask for keys after 10.30am when receptionist should have checked mailbox before contacting me unnecessarily.

Modern, beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Family friendly. Very clean. Great location.

Great views and nicely furnished. Close to the beach and local cafe, and shops nearby so no need to go to the main shopping area if you didn’t want to.
