Checking in. The requirement to pay bond to check in, particularly when this information was not communicated during booking. I'm yet to know if my bond was returned. The other challenge was temperature. I found the apartment cold hence used air conditioning. Whilst A/C made the apartment quite comfortable, it is not my preference considering the impact on the environment. It would be a fantastic place during summer, that said I would not hesitate to book any time for sure. The floors to outdoor facilities such as play/bbq downstairs are a bit slippery, same applies to pool area, and walk way from parking to the lift. If you could change anything, this would be it.

The balcony is great, however we Didn't realize the construction out there.

The apartment is clean and tidy. Water pressure is good for hot shower. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The customer service staffs respond to questions quickly with kindnes. The location is awesome, can walk to the city centre, Wollongong beach, and all the restaurants in the city. Parking is easy. Self check in and out instructions are clear and easy. Overall satisfied.

One of the two elevators for the whole building was down, causing massive delays to exit the building. I was supporting a person with a disability who was unable to use stairs. I would happily stay on my own in the future but would not recommend it for wheelchair users or mobility restricted people.

Slight issues with checkin, I changed the arrival time to a hour earlier but the access code wouldn't work as it still noted the later arrival time. Office was very helpful to resolve

No real issues - everything was amazing Would’ve liked to have more comfortable outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy ocean air. Would’ve like to have a handheld vacuum available as room can get dusty.

Everything was great and easy to use, except on instructions to enter I was instructed to “find a big red door”. I could not find a big red door, was able to find my way in east enough though.

The room was very spacious with two seperate rooms allowing for privacy. Great views and everything was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed my stay.

Everything. After a personally tumultuous period leading to my stay, I was/ am so grateful for the comforts, utilities ie. washing machine and dryer, fantastic coffee machine etc. that have allowed me to sleep for days, eat properly and complete much needed word. I have extended my stay twice so far and am about to do so for the third time.

There were some problems with the entry codes but these were resolved efficiently. I would prefer to receive the codes on my phone as the emails didn't come through. The driveway entry needs a sign so it is clear where to go as there is another one right beside it which was confusing.

We had a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom appartment with large living room and balcony with sea view. The layout and facilities are excellent, as is the location. There were a few small problems which were dealt with immediately. Undercover parking and wheelchair friendly. Circumstances required us to extend our stay and this was dealt with efficiently.

The security grill to the carpark was broken. Parking spaces were allocated to other residents, and visitor slots very limited. Some trash was scattered.
