Wifi was extremely slow (less than 1MB/s) so I used my phone hotspot for work mostly. There were construction workers outside my window two days when I came home that was a surprise. I needed to work from home and they were quite loud, but luckily the apartment was big and I went to the kitchen and closed the door. It would have been nice to notify the guests. The pool was fine but because of where it's located, it only gets sun for a few hours in the middle of the day. It was generally too cold to use other times. The kitchen supplies were very basic, it would have been nice to have salt, oil etc. and some serving plates or bowls and a kitchen towel.

A very nice place centrally located in Mendoza. Check-in was very easy and the hosts were very helpful. The room was very large with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Access was easy and coming and going was easy as well. The bed was very comfortable and though they offered daily housekeeping I did not take advantage.

The place needs to be refurbished - the room had cracks in walls, broken cupboards, that kind of thing. I asked for a coffee machine and it was delivered within hours but otherwise there’s only a kettle.

The room is technically beautiful. Staff are amazing. Great view with electric lightening over the mountains every night, really a beautiful place.

A lot of maintenance needed , we had 4 rooms/apartments for our group, curtains not pulling freely, broken toilet seat, broken shower nozzle, broken door lock.

The apartment couch was old and worn out. Many things were not functional, like the safe, and the waste bin was broken. The carpets were not very clean and the building overall smelled old.

we have stayed in this apartment before, but it seems to be going downhill in comfort, toilet seat is dangerously broken not fixed from previous visit, no shower mat , for elderly couple it was a danger to have a shower.

The apartments are very old, they need a renovation, and no internet in the bedroom. I have booked an apartment on high floors, when we arrived they gave us on horrible apartment at intermediary floor (between groundfloor and first floor), no natural light view on a wall and all ACs, and smelling very bad, I had to complain to leave to get a new apartment the next day......................................not very cool from management

The place was not what was expected. They gave us a different room than the one we rented/the one in the rental details. I would have mentioned it to the front desk but their English was limited and we were very tired. Luckily we only had to stay here one night. The place was very run down and dirty. We were not comfortable.
