We aren't your grandma's B&B but even she would be comfortable at Nestle Inn.

In September of 2011, Robert and Leesa Smith purchased the Inn and have modernized the B&B experience for today's travelers amidst Mass Avenue's art and independent restaurant district. Leesa is the full time Innkeeper with over 31 years of experience in the hospitality, business and marketing industries. Robert continues his private practice as a psychotherapist and recently retired in 2013 after 31 1/2 years as a career firefighter and paramedic with the Indianapolis Fire Department as the Lieutenant of Station 12. He continues to provide mental health services for IFD firefighters and paramedics as well as other members of public safety departments of Indianapolis in his private practice and specializes in treating PTSD and trauma. Once you are at the Inn, you will probably meet myself or one of our innkeepers John and Becky who will be able to assist you with anything you might need. We like to work behind the scenes to make sure your stay at the Inn meets and exceeds your expectations!

Our location is unique because we are the only Indianapolis B&B in the heart of Indy's downtown. We are located just under one mile from the Indiana Convention Center and can provide an opportunity to see a part of Indy (where the locals go) you might not see otherwise. Mass Ave is the local cultural and independent restaurant and pub district as well as shopping, art and theatre. If you like to walk, we are walkable to the convention center or State House. If you want to take public transportation, the number 12 bus stops right at our corner of Mass Ave and East Street. If you want to take a cab, you are a 6 minute ride to the convention center.There are also many Uber drivers in our neighborhood. Adjacent to the Inn is the Blue-Indy electric car share cars which is a great alternative that will take you all around town. Some business travelers need to be close to the action of a convention or conference. However, some business travelers prefer to be away from the activity and opt for a location that is away from the action but easily accesible to their business interests.
