12 Churchtown is a surprisingly spacious, yet cosy Cornish Cottage right in the heart of the bustling village of St Agnes, and just 10 mins walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and the SW coastal path. On your doorstep are the local bakery, butcher, greengrocer and the St Agnes hotel pub. Ideal for families, or a spacious retreat for couples, the cottage has been completely renovated and is fully equipped as a comfortable, homely base to relax and explore from! There are two bedrooms, plus a corner sofa / sofa bed in the living room, large kitchen dining room and an additional snug room for kids or pets. We have a brand new kitchen, with underfloor heating, double oven, microwave, induction hob, belfast sink, integrated dishwasher, large fridge freezer and wine fridge, and a large dining table for six people to comfortably sit around - perfect for family meals or dinner with friends. The lounge includes a log burner for cozy evenings, there are books and a guitar for entertaining, and space for kids or dogs to play in the snug. The main bedroom has king sized bed & all amenities, and the 2nd bedroom has a single bed with pullout trundle if required.
I am based in the village so am on call for any issues, and there is also a local caretaker who will look after you for any last minute issues or requests and ensure you get the most out of your stay.
