We had an emergency right after checking in. My daughter had to be taken to the hospital. I wish I knew the names of the people who helped us. They called ambulance, they helped to keep my 9 yr old grandson calmed down. They handled the situation professionally and with compassion. We didn't even get to stay one night. We will be back for our little vacation we had planned Thank you so much

Grand hôtel, très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de l'arche. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking en sous-sol pour 30$/jour, en faisant la demande à la réception en arrivant. Petite surprise très appréciée à l'arrivée : Happy Hour avec 3 boissons + dîner buffet offerts. Idem le lendemain matin pour le petit déjeuner. On n'y passerait pas une semaine, mais c'était parfait pour une nuit entre Chicago et Memphis.
