Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

Escolhemos um dos quartos superiores e a vista é linda, com um terraço grande e rodeado de palmeiras. Exatamente o ambiente que procuravamos em Zanzinbar. Está a 1 minuto de uma praia maravilhosa. Foi o sítio em Zanzinbar que mais gostamos e sonhamos voltar. Também estava tudo muito limpo. Além da limpeza, da localização e do bom pequeno almoço, destaco a simpatia dos funcionários e de Issa (o gerente) que nos deu uma ajuda preciosa. A companhia em que viajamos não enviou a nossa mala e o Issa telefonava para saber quando iria chegar, o que nos permitiu disfrutar dos primeiros dias em Zanzinbar sem preocupações. Dispondo de área de praia privativa e vista para o mar, o RoRi Private Luxury Villas é uma villa recentemente renovada, localizada em Bwejuu, a poucos passos da Praia de Bwejuu. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
