I'm over 50, but I played like a kid. I also read a nostalgic picture book. I also enjoyed the slide. I also played games with my family. The smile of my mother over 80 is the best. The property is very spacious, more than the usual Tokyo units I have been in. I stayed for 9 nites in total so the 3 rooms provided space and privacy for everyone. All the facilities you need are available. There is even a game console with its own integrated display which my kids simply love. Very much recommended for family stay. No worries about cleanliness as most if not all of the furniture and fittings are new or looking new.
